Goings on

It has been way too long since I posted on here...no one would believe that I am actually trying to keep people up to date on my life...Honestly it feels as though we lost 2 months of our lives to sickness this Christmas season.    But it seems as though the coughing and runny noses and MRSA infections are done with for awhile!  Praise the Lord!

Dave and Mollee got me one of the best birthday presents I have ever gotten this year...

I love that it was something they knew I loved and something I didn't expect.  Dave is so thoughtful!

We have welcomed 3 new baby goats to the family in the last month.  They are so cute, 2 black ones from my big goat Megan...they are named Ezekiel and Daniel...and one from my Nigerian Dwarf, Lucy named Eli.  Eli has the funniest ears...they are half floppy and half like donkey ears.  I suspect that they will stand up like Lucy's do when he grows up.  I am ashamed to say that I don't have any good pictures of them yet...but here is one of Lucy just before she popped and one of Mollee playing with some of the other babies...I think that these are Stacy's babies and I am not sure if they have names.

We have enjoyed several snow days this year.  I think this is the 4th in two weeks, and I am loving all of the extra time to spend with Mollee.  We have gotten to play a lot of Wii and My Little Pony as well as watch some Andy Griffith Show, do quite a bit of reading, and baking...here is Mollee helping me to make some Bierox.
Last night Dave and Mollee had a pillow fight.

And today Mollee is earning her $3.00 and playing in the snow at the same time.  Please, no one tell her anything different! =D

We have also, I am sad to say, missed the last 2 weeks of Awana because of the winter weather...that is sad...I miss those kids when we don't get to have Cubbies!

I guess that is a whirl wind update on at least a few months of our lives.  Things are going well, God is good as always, and I am thankful for every blessing He sends our way!
